Jared Lyles

Youth Programs Manager, The Cooperative
Mr. Lyles serves as the Youth Programs Manager at The Cooperative. He has a background in tackling issues surrounding access to healthcare and resources in low socioeconomic areas within New Jersey. Mr. Lyles has worked in a managerial role as it relates to food insecurity and has worked in maternal and child health. Mr. Lyles spends his spare time with his family and fraternity brothers and loves to travel to other countries.
Lori Tesauro

Program Coordinator, Teen Talk New Jersey
Miss Lori is a Program Coordinator at The Cooperative for the Teen Talk New Jersey program. Miss Lori has been providing South Jersey youth with safe sexual health information for the past 11 years. In her spare time, Miss Lori spends time with her daughter and dog Rocky and takes time to relax with friends.
Mr. Dustin is an experienced professional in sexual health and youth development, specializing in evidence-based program facilitation and professional development training. Currently serving as Health Coordinator at The Cooperative, Mr. Dustin excels in creating and maintaining partnerships with local youth organizations to implement grant-driven cohorts focusing on positive relationships and sexual health for youth ages 10-14. With a robust background that includes roles such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Training Consultant for VIP Community Services, LGBTQ+ Program Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence and Crisis Intervention Counselor at Montgomery County Mobile Crisis, Mr. Dustin has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing DEI initiatives and providing crucial support to diverse populations in need.
Molly Ryan

Health Educator, Teen Talk New Jersey
Miss Molly is a Health Educator at The Cooperative's Teen Talk New Jersey program. She is extremely passionate about educating others, particularly youth, on sexual health topics and youth development. Miss Molly says she is thrilled to teach today's youth about these important topics. In her free time, Miss Molly enjoys reading fantasy books, playing with her dogs, Jags and Coco, and spending quality time with close friends.
Payton Lagerholm

Health Education Field Representative, Vineland Health Department
Miss Payton has worked for the City of Vineland Health Department since 2022. Miss Payton grew up in Vineland, NJ and is now helping the teens at the school district she once went to by giving them the tools to navigate through those tough teenage years. In her free time, she likes to play soccer, go on hikes with her fur-child, and go out to eat with friends!
Miranda Falkowski

Health Education Field Representative, Vineland Health Department
Miss Miranda has worked for the City of Vineland Health Department since 2018 and has facilitated Teen Outreach Program clubs since early 2019. Miss Miranda has a passion for teaching teens and is constantly continuing her own education. She loves spending time at her home in Vineland with her two dogs, Bear and Finn.

Miss Sara is a Vineland native and has worked for the City of Vineland Department of Health for seven years. She loves daily interactions with teens. They are so creative, thoughtful and unpredictable! At home, Miss Sara could spend an entire day in her kitchen baking, dancing and chopping up produce from her garden.
